Free Service Period Disclaimer
Some services include a free service period, which means we will return to address ongoing issues within a set timeframe. Free service periods vary depending on the pest type, treatment method, severity of the infestation, and the condition of your property at the time of service.
Domestic Pest Services
A standard domestic pest service covers ants, spiders, large cockroaches (species dependent), and crickets. Other pests may be included upon request. Domestic pest services come with a conditional 3-month free service period.
This free service period applies only when preparation and after-care instructions are followed. Environmental conditions, hygiene, and structural issues can affect how long treatments last and may void the free service period.
Rodent Services
Rodent treatments are designed to reduce and manage rodent activity. Because rodents can enter from outside sources and through structural gaps, full eradication cannot be guaranteed. Rodent services do not include a free service period. Follow-up visits may be needed, and customers must complete recommended proofing and hygiene measures for best results.
Visual Termite Inspections & Termite Treatments
A termite inspection shows what is happening at your property at the time of assessment. It cannot guarantee that termites won't appear in the future.
Termite treatments and management systems may include specific warranty terms. These apply only when customers keep up with recommended monitoring, follow-up inspections, and required maintenance. Not following these conditions may void any free service periods or warranties.
